Redwood Park | Family Session

Sam and Torie are good friends of ours and so I was really excited to do this session. And seriously, their kids? So adorable! Bennett and Addie play so well with our boys and it's always so fun when we're together.

As the day approached, it was raining hard. We decided to wait, and wait, and then at 4pm, made the decision to go ahead with it. We met at 5pm at Redwood Park which was covered in gorgeous leaves. We had a mini session and here are some photos from our time together:)

I'm glad we were able to work a fall session in, we love you guys!

Stephanie & Matt | Wedding Photos

Matt and Stephanie were married on a chilly fall day, October 1st. They were the last wedding of the 2011 season for us and it was a great way to end off. They are a super sweet and beautiful couple. Their wedding party was so easy going and the location (Brittania Shipyard) was awesome. Enjoy!

{They had their `first look' and most photos done before the ceremony so I'll include the first look here. Matt was a little emotional, as I think was expected, and that just made it better:)}

Trish at 31 Weeks | Maternity Session

I have four sisters and the youngest three are actually pregnant right now! Trish, the youngest, is the furthest along at 31 weeks with her first. We do have an official maternity session lined up next month but we thought we would take advantage of the sun on Thursday and had a super mini session with my two kids in tow. I would never normally take my kids along but being that it was last minute, and with my sister, it was totally fine:)

35 Years | Family Photos at Kanaka Creek

I love this family. They are just so happy together and so supportive of one another. Leah (the older daughter) and I started working together about 10 years ago and I actually taught Lauren, her younger sister. Leah and I have also played football together for almost 7 years now and usually have weekly get togethers to watch some quality television or something like that:) In regards to football, you will see below that a love for football definitely runs in the family!

Joanie and Gerry celebrated their 35th wedding anniversary this summer and so the girls gave them the gift of family photos. Usually in a session, the kids that are bribed with ice cream, but in this case, Gerry was promised that he could play some football once we did all the `nice' pictures first. I hope you can tell that there is a lot of laughter and love in this family. Enjoy.

Baby Gavin | Newborn Session

Meet Gavin. Just a year ago, we did Lindsey and Kevin's wedding photos and look at them now:) Gavin is 5 weeks old in these pictures and check out his beautiful big blue eyes. He's also sporting his sweet handsome clothes, it makes him look so grown up! Kevin and Lindsey, we are so happy for you two, you are a great team!
