Baby Levi | Surrey Newborn Session

Last month I had a maternity session with Denise and Nico and look at them now! Inside that belly of hers was a 9lb+ adorable baby boy, Levi. These photos were taken inside their home which was full of beautiful natural light. Levi did such a great job (seriously, such a relaxed baby!) and I'm really happy with these photos of him at 6 days old. Can't wait to hold my own little babe in just a few more months:) Enjoy!

Congratulations Denise and Nico! I'm so happy for you two as you have welcomed this beautiful son into your lives. It was great spending some time with you two and getting to see you as parents!

Weekend Sneak Peek

What will I be working on this week? Well, this weekend we photographed a wedding (hello gorgeous couple and amazing sunshine!!)...

and I did a newborn session (with such a super cute big boy!!)...

and I am now 31 weeks pregnant!

Eric & Jenn | Wedding Photos

Eric and Jenn are a beautiful couple as you can see from their engagement session here. They were our first wedding for 2012 and it was a great start to the year! It was very cold and probably the windiest wedding we've ever done but great attitudes and a wonderful wedding party made it work well. Eric and Jenn are incredibly sweet and we were so thankful to spend the day with them.

Baby Elliot | Newborn Session

You probably remember that I just did Rachel's maternity session a couple of weeks ago. Baby Elliot was born that week, just 4 days after doing her maternity photos, at 37 weeks. He is so sweet and beautiful. He is also a wonderful addition to their family of boys:)

I met with Rachel and Andrew in their home to do Elliot's newborn session. By the time he was done feeding and the big boys were ready to go, it was already dark outside. So, instead of using natural light, I had to rely on my softbox 100%. That was a first for me (besides doing studio work at home) but I think we made it work! Enjoy.

Congratulations Rachel and Andrew! I'm so happy for you all and look forward to seeing the boys grow up over the years.

Natalie, Logan & Hayden | Family Photo Sesion

I first photographed this family over a year ago and also did a session in November when their baby brother, Hayden, was born. This past weekend, we had another mini session to get some good family photos. I don't usually do mini sessions but being that they just needed an updated family photo, it was perfect! They have a wonderful yard for photos and the kids did so well. Oh, and the weather was supposed to be rainy but it wasn't. Phew! By the time Hayden was supposed to have his solo picture taken it was definitely nap time so we're going to try to get a few of him later this week:) Enjoy.
