Nya Turns Three {South Surrey Birthday Photos}

Our youngest, Nya Bear, is now three years old!  We are so thankful for the joy that she has brought to our family.  The boys think she is the sweetest thing and Gary and I agree.  She is a feisty little girl who has her opinions about everything.  She is usually very willing to join any activity with an eager spirit.

Nya, I hope that you know now and forever just how special you are.  You were made, just as you are, with a purpose.  That is what you name means; Purpose.  I can't wait to see what God's plans are for you, baby girl.

I'll love you forever, I'll like you for always, as long as I'm living, my baby you'll be {Robert Munsch}.

Tamara & Alex | Queen Elizabeth Park Engagement Session

Tamara and Alex met at a soccer game and now their wedding will also have a sports theme running through it!  You'll catch a glimpse of this theme in the photos towards the end.  Gary and I had a great time hanging out with these two at Queen Elizabeth Park.  I love this park as everywhere you turn there is a magical location.  We are looking forward to their July 2016 wedding!

Enjoy.
Tamara and Alex, thank you for having us be part of your big day!

Love,
Louise & Gary

Marlo & Ryan | Fort Langley Engagement Session

Three things:

1.  This is the second bride named Marlo that we have photographed (I had never heard of anyone with that name before that!) and they are both so sweet, friendly and easy going.

2.  Ryan and Marlo met at work, just like Gary and I did.  So great to truly know what your partner's day is like.

3. I just love when people find each other.  You never know when and where that will happen and I really enjoy seeing the excitement over a future together.

Enjoy these photos of Marlo and Ryan....
How cute are you two?!  Marlo and Ryan, thank you for choosing us to photograph your day! We're looking forward to your September wedding.

Love,
Louise & Gary

Curtis & Chantal | Fort Langley Engagement Session

This engagement session was pretty awesome.  We went back to where they had their first date; Fort Langley.  We even visited the antique shop that they had gone to!  The lighting was perfect (overcast), the outfits were gorgeous, and the couple was ALL smiles and laughter. Curt and Chantal met several years ago through a mutual friend, dated over the past year,  and are going to be getting married in August. They are so sweet together, and seriously, the smiles? Non stop.  Their wedding is going to be an outdoor one and it sounds like it will be so personalized and picturesque....love it!

Gary and I know Curtis from when he was younger.  I babysat him when he was just a baby (okay, I feel like I'm 100 years old) and Gary coached and taught him.  I love connections like that and I'm thankful that Chantal is good having us on board too :)

There are way too many photos attached here but it's been a while since I've posted a session so it's okay, right?

Congratulations Curt & Chantal! We are really excited about your big day and hope that all the planning goes well.

Love,
Louise & Gary

Cute, right?  Can you pick a favourite?
